Booking arrangements for the e-Fair Garage Sale on 19th June 2010: |

Individuals |

A1. Individuals can pay $50 for a table 2'X4' in advance. |

A2. Individuals can opt to pay 10% of gross sales on the day instead of an upfront fee. Bookings must be secured by a refundable deposit of $100. |

Organizations and companies |
||||
B1. Organizations and companies can pay $150 for a table 3'X5' in advance. |
||||
B2. Companies or organizations can opt to pay 10% of gross sales on the day instead of an upfront fee. Bookings must be secured by a refundable deposit of $200. |

Terms and conditions
- Payment should be received 3 days before the e-Fair or your table cannot be guaranteed.
- Tables will be allocated on a first-come-first-served basis.
- The Organiser bears no responsibility for items sold at the Garage Sale.
- Should there be a typhoon T8 signal (or above) or the Black Rainstorm signal on the day of the event, the event will be postponed to another day.
- The Organiser reserves the right to charge an administrative fee of 10% for changes in confirmed bookings.
- The organiser's decision about all event details is final.
